Bond Lowered For Aaron Hernandez Accused Shooting Victim

Alexander Bradley, the man who accused Aaron Hernandez of shooting him in the face early last year as they two drove home from a Miami strip club, had his bond reduced Tuesday in an unrelated case where he is charged with shooting into a crowded Harford bar earlier this year.
