Last night news broke that UFC light heavyweight fighter Thiago Silva was arrested after heading to a Florida mixed martial arts gym, the Pablo Popovitch Mixed Martial Arts Academy, and was threatening people with a gun. New details are emerging that paints an ugly picture of the enraged UFC fighter reeling from an alleged affair his wife was having with the gym owner.
According to the police report from the incident, Silva arrived at the gym with a Glock in hand calling for his wife Thaysa to come out. "You have ten seconds to bring Pablo outside and if he does not come out, I will go in the gym and start shooting everyone," Silva allegedly told his wife.
Making matters worse, Silva allegedly stuck a revolver in his wife's mouth on January 30th in a separate incident in which he accused her of cheating on him. Reports say there was a class of about 25 people in the gym at the time of Silva's rampage. When he was being led out of the home after finally surrendering, Silva denied ever pulling a gun on his wife to a photographer.
"She wants my house, she wants my money," Silva said. "Just don't report this. Can you do that for me?"

Silva's issues are coming at a bad time for him professionally, as he's on a two-fight winning streak in the UFC and was slated to get back in the Octagon in March at UFC 171 against Ovince Saint Preux.
Silva's conduct in the UFC has been spotty at times, with two victories getting wiped away for drug policy violations. The first win that became a no contest was against Brandon Vera, after he tested positive for a banned substance which he admitted to using to keep back pain at bay. Later on he had a win over Stanislav Nedkov erased after testing positive for marijuana.
