With SummerSlam just six nights away, the WWE presents a red-hot edition of "Monday Night RAW" live this week from the American Bank Center Arena in Corpus Christi, Texas.
The main storyline on this week's show is Brock Lesnar's return to the Red Brand. "The Beast" hasn't been seen since Randy Orton gave him an RKO out of nowhere two weeks ago on "RAW," which in turn led to Lesnar showing up on "SmackDown Live" the following night to recipricate with an F-5.
Lesnar is set to address his upcoming match with "The Viper," which will headline this year's SummerSlam event.
Another program to keep an eye on is the one between Seth Rollins and Finn Balor. "The Architect" has verbally destroyed his upcoming opponent lately, but he's promised to unleash "The Demon" at SummerSlam. Both of those Superstars will fight to crown the first-ever WWE Universal Champion on Sunday.
There are three other "RAW" titles also set to be decided at Barclays Center. Rusev will defend his United States Championsihp against Roman Reigns, while The New Day puts their Tag Team Championships on the line against The Club and Sasha Banks' Women's Championship hangs in the balance against Charlotte.
Rounding out the "RAW" portion of SummerSlam, the Canadian connection of Kevin Owens and Chris Jericho are set to do battle with fan favorites and former NXT standouts Enzo Amore and Big Cass.
The final buildup for SummerSlam, and possibly the announcement of more matches, is planned for this week's edition of "Monday Night RAW."
