Today at 4:25 p.m. ET, the Arizona Cardinals (3-2) and San Francisco 49ers (3-2) faceoff live from Candlestick Park in San Francisco. The game can be live streamed here. Cardinals fans can hear all the action on 620 KTAR AM while 49ers fans can do the same on 1050 KNBR AM.
Both teams are coming off strong performances while Arizona is still trying to find its scoring touch under first-year head coach Bruce Arians and San Francisco looks to have its offense firing on all cylinders.
"We're the 49ers. When we're on, we can do whatever we want to do," running back Frank Gore said per ESPN.
Gore has three touchdowns and has rushed for 376 yards on 78 carries so far this season.
"Once I get going, it's hard to stop me," said Gore, according to ESPN.
Colin Kaepernick has put some early season struggles behind him and hasn't thrown an interception in the last two weeks. Kaepernick has gone 74-for-132 (56.1%) for 969 yards with six touchdowns and four interceptions this year.
Arizona has boasted a dominant defense in the last couple of weeks and hasn't allowed a touchdown in seven quarters.
"I love it," Arians said. "We want to be dominant on defense. We'll scratch some points out, but we always want to be a dominating defensive football team."
While Arizona has been dominant on defense, its offense could use some work as its ranked 28th in scoring and main wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald has yet to accumulate more than 80 yards in a game. Fitzgerald has a team-high 24 receptions on the year for 288 yards to go along with three touchdowns.
"The win keeps you sane a little bit," Fitzgerald told the Cardinals' official website. "We've just got to do better (offensively). It's great to be 3-2, but obviously, going to San Francisco, (then) having Seattle come here and then Atlanta the next three games, we have to put some points up."
Quarterback Carson Palmer has gone 105-for-180 (58.9%) for 1,185 yards with five touchdowns compared to nine interceptions.
Both of these teams look to keep their winning streaks going while only one can win when the Cardinals and 49ers clash in San Francisco this afternoon.
