While Independence Day is celebrated in the United States, the WWE is bringing its star-studded talent to Japan for a special WWE Network Supercard event.

The WWE revealed that the live event will start at 6:30 p.m. ET on July 4 live from the Sumo Hall in Tokyo, Japan and will now be broadcast on the WWE Network.
NXT general manager William Regal announced the WWE Network special on Wednesday and revealed that the show will feature Finn Balor vs. NXT Champion Kevin Owens.

Other Superstars advertised for the show include part-time Superstars Brock Lesnar and Chris Jericho as well as WWE United States Champion John Cena, The Lucha Dragons, Paige and Neville.
More Superstars are also advertised, but weren't announced on Wednesday. Those names include King Barrett, Dolph Ziggler, WWE Divas Champion Nikki Bella, Cesaro & Tyson Kidd, WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day and Hideo Itami, though he is out with an injury right now.
Jericho was originally advertised to face Balor, so it's uncertain what the WWE plans to do with "Y2J," who is working part-time on non-televised events this summer, but will likely be a part of the special.
One possible opponent for Jericho is Lesnar, who is slated to return to the company next month after re-signing a deal with Vince McMahon the week of WrestleMania 31.
There have been advertisements that The Beast would be facing Kofi Kingston at the Japan show, but now that it has been made into a WWE Network special, things could change.
As America celebrates its freedom, the WWE will be in Japan for some exclusive WWE Network action.
