Tonight at 10 p.m. ET, the Pittsburgh Penguins (36-18-9, 81 points) and Anaheim Ducks (42-17-7, 91 points) face-off for the second and final time this season live from the Honda Center in Anaheim.
Pittsburgh has won four of its last five games and plays the second contest of a four-match road trip while Anaheim has won four consecutive games as it closes out a two-match home stand.
The Ducks are atop on the NHL and Pacific Division, two points clear of the Nashville Predators (89) in the Presidents' Trophy race and 15 points ahead of the second place St. Louis Blues (76) in the division.
The Penguins enter play in the third and final automatic playoff spot in the Metropolitan Division, just one point up on the Washington Capitals (80) and four points shy of the second place New York Rangers (85).
The first time these two teams met, Pittsburgh defeated Anaheim 6-4 on Oct. 9.

The Penguins enter play off of a 3-1 loss to the Colorado Avalanche that snapped a four-game winning streak.
Evgeni Malkin has paced Pittsburgh's offense and is tied for second in the NHL with 65 points and has added a team-best 27 goals while captain Sidney Crosby is second on the Penguins with 64 points and is tied for third in the league with 43 assists.
The Ducks defeated the Montreal Canadiens 3-1 on Wednesday and search for their fifth straight win.
Ryan Getzlaf leads Anaheim with 61 points and 41 helpers this season while Corey Perry has a team-best 27 goals and is second on the Ducks with 45 points.
In between the pipes, Anaheim is likely to turn to John Gibson and he is 9-5-0 with a 2.41 goals-against average and a .924 save percentage.
Pittsburgh is slated to counter with Marc-Andre Fleury in the crease and he is 29-14-6 with a 2.21 GAA and a .923 save percentage.
The Penguins and Ducks take the ice against each other for the last time this season when the puck drops live from the Honda Center tonight in Anaheim.
