COWBOYS vs EAGLES Watch FREE Online & Listen: Thanksgiving Live Coverage from DALLAS

At 4:30 p.m. ET the Thanksgiving football continues when the Dallas Cowboys (8-3) host the Philadelphia Eagles (8-3) in a titanic matchup for sole possession of first place in the NFC East on Fox. This battle's top matchup will be Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray, the NFL's leading rusher, against Eagles running back LeSean McCoy, last year's leading rusher.

The Eagles are coming off a blowout victory over the Tennessee Titans in Week 12, impressively staying focused on a struggling team with this matchup looming after it. "We had to stay focused on Tennessee all week," Eagles linebacker Trent Cole said of avoiding the trap game loss.

"That was the next game. And we were coming off a bad game. So there was no reason to think about Dallas. But now we can. Now, it's all about Dallas. If you can't get excited for this game, you shouldn't be playing football."

They are likely less excited to tackle Murray, who has chewed up 1,354 yards on the ground this season, averaging 123 per game.

McCoy has been less prolific this year, totaling 859 yards through 12 weeks with just three touchdowns. Much of that can be pinned on an unhealthy offensive line though, which is healing up. Last week McCoy rushed for 130 yards and a touchdown. It was his best game of the season, and he'll take on a tired Cowboys group.

They played the Giants on Sunday night, but Dallas tight end Jason Witten thinks the adrenaline of a big-time divisional matchup on Turkey Day will carry them through. "I think the excitement and adrenaline can override how tired you are," Witten said. "It's a great opportunity for us. You can't worry about anything else. Just get through it and move forward."
