Tonight at 10:30 p.m. ET on ESPN the Houston Rockets, the fourth seed in the Western Conference, will head to Portland for a treacherous Game 6 against one of the best shooting teams in the NBA, with arguably the hottest player in the postseason (LaMarcus Aldridge) in the Trailblazers. While Rockets center Dwight Howard is often criticized for his jolly demeanor and lack of a stern hand when leading his team, but he has showed up in a big way in Round 1 of the Western Conference playoffs. He's giving Houston 26 points and 14.2 rebounds a game in the opening series.

"I don't want to go on vacation," Howard said. "I want to win. I want to give everything I've got. Every night, put my heart into it and sacrifice my body and do whatever I can to help this team win. It's not going to be easy."

After averaging 35 points and 11 boards in the first four game of the series, Aldridge had an atrocious Game 5 in which he was held to eight points and eight rebounds. Aldridge said there was nothing specific the Rockets did to hinder him, just poor luck and a different flow to the game.

"No, that was just how the game went," Aldridge said. "The ball didn't come to me as much tonight. Our guys were making shots and we were playing off them and that's how the game went. It wasn't about how Dwight (Howard) guarded me or anything like that."

Tonight is an important one for Portland, who would like to close out the higher seed on in front of their own Rip City fans. A Game 7 in Houston could be too tall a task.

"We're not hanging our heads at all. We believe in each other and in that entire locker room nobody thinks this series is over," Rockets forward Chandler Parsons said. "We have a chance to do something special here and we've got to continue to do that and take it one game at a time."
