Raiders back to Los Angeles? Raiders, Rams, expansion all options in LA?

The on-again, off-again love/hate relationship that is the Raiders and the city of Oakland has hit another speed bump in the form of Los Angeles, again. Raiders owner Mark Davis said the team moving back to Los Angeles is something they are always looking at.
