NFC East team grades; Giants, Redskins poised to rebound? Cowboys now division's worst?

Free agency is winding down and some teams have done better than others. Over the next week we will grade out how each team did overall, including their losses and their addictions. The NFC East was uncharacteristically active in free agency, but two teams got better, one signed all in house free agents and one got purged of their talent.
