Preliminary Plans in Place for NASCAR To Come To New York City

The "Big Apple" could be set to add a NASCAR racetrack to its already bustling city. Richard Petty Motorsports co-owner and New York City resident Andrew Murstein is on an active search to a way to establish a new stock-car racetrack in the city that never sleeps.
