AVALANCHE vs FLAMES Watch Live Stream Online & Listen: Live Coverage from Calgary

Tonight at 9:00 p.m. ET, the Colorado Avalanche (19-7-0, 38 points) and Calgary Flames (10-13-4, 24 points) go head-to-head live from the Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary for the second of three meetings against each other this season. The game can be live streamed here. Colorado fans can hear all of the bone-crunching action on KRWZ 950 while Calgary fans can do the same on Sportsnet 960 The Fan.

Colorado enters play looking to bounce back after allowing one of the NHL's worst teams to score eight goals against them while Calgary enters play in search of their third consecutive win. The first time these two teams met, the Avalanche beat the Flames 4-2 on Nov. 8 in Colorado.

The Avalanche fell to the Edmonton Oilers 8-2 at Rexall Place on Thursday in a game that had first-year head coach Patrick Roy attempting to explain the situation.

"We just played into their game," Roy said, according to NHL.com. "We have to learn from that. In the third period, we had some chances at the start of the period, but we couldn't find the back of the net. It was closer than the score."

Karri Ramo will once again get the nod in net for Calgary after backstopping the Flames to back-to-back victories against the Los Angeles Kings and Phoenix Coyotes.

"Karri's very focused," coach Bob Hartley said Thursday per NHL.com. "Here's a team that puts lots of good pucks to the net with intentions of getting tip or screen shots. They're doing a very good job at it, and I felt that throughout the game [Wednesday], Karri had about four, five tips that were very dangerous chances. I felt that his tracking was unbelievable."

Ramo is 4-4-1 with a 3.00 goals-against average and a .898 save percentage. For Colorado, Semyon Varlamov is 13-7-0 with a 2.43 GAA and a .923 save percentage thus far this season.

The Avalanche have been led up front by Matt Duchene (12 goals, nine assists) and Gabriel Landeskog (nine goals, 12 assists) who each have 21 points while Calgary has been led by Jiri Hudler (7-18-25), Mike Cammalleri (10-4-14) and Sean Monahan (9-6-15), who is sidelined with a fractured foot.

The Avalanche look for a bounce back effort after a horrid loss Thursday night while Calgary tries to notch their third straight win when these teams hit the ice at the Scotiabank Saddledome tonight.
