SEAHAWKS vs RAMS Watch Live Stream FREE Online & Listen: Week 8 Monday Night Football Live Coverage from St. Louis

Tonight at 8:30 p.m. on Monday Night Football, the Seattle Seahawks (6-1) will travel to St. Louis to face off with the Rams (3-4) in an NFC West clash on ESPN. Live stream the game here; Seahawks fans can listen to the game on KIRO 97.3 FM, while Rams not tuned in to the World Series fans may do the same on 101 ESPN.

The Seahawks have rampaged to six wins on the backs of their stout defense, but head coach Pete Carroll thinks this group has much to work on as the season progresses.

"It feels like we are still growing," Carroll said. "We are still a very young team and it feels that way. We have enough firepower in a lot of areas to overcome the things that are going in the wrong direction but we are playing good, solid football."

He was talking mainly about the offense, which has sputtered at times. Against the Rams this week though, offense may be optional with Rams quarterback Sam Bradford out with a torn ACL. Kellen Clemens is expected to take his place, and head coach Jeff Fisher has acknowledged the challenge facing St. Louis.

"He was playing very, very well, not only yesterday but was just improving weekly," Fisher said of Bradford. "The challenge is obvious in this world when you have an impact player go down."

Even Clemens sounded lukewarm about his own prospects heading into this primetime matchup. "Somebody's got to play," said Clemens. "So I'll go out there and do the best job I can and try to help this team win some games."

The Rams defense appears to have caught a break with Seattle deciding to hold out Percy Harvin, who appears to be read to return from offseason hip surgery.  Harvin practiced all week, but the Seahawks are erring on the side of caution with their top offseason acquisition. Harvin, however, is chomping at the bit.

"It's all day-to-day," said Harvin. "I want to play as soon as possible, but we all want to be smart in this thing. We put a plan together and we're just going to take it day by day and see how it feels."
