The peephole incident has impacted Erin Andrews' personal life in many ways, but Jarret Stoll has been a pillar of support since getting romantically involved with the sportscaster.
Andrews is suing the Nashville Marriott for $75 million over the role they played in allowing her stalker, Michael David Barrett, a room right next to hers. The former insurance executive filmed Andrews naked through a peephole and posted it online in 2009.

The sportscaster has been recapping the emotional duress she's been under since the incident and said Stoll has been there for her. Andrews also admitted she hasn't been emotionally sound in the time she's known her boyfriend.
"I feel really guilty," an emotional Andrews said on the stand Tuesday, via Entertainment Tonight. "He [Stoll] didn't know me before this happened. And to try to explain to someone who has questions about why I have trust issues, why I am insecure, why I am humiliated, embarrassed, obsessive about checking the Internet, he doesn't understand."

Stoll is the perfect guy for Andrews in many ways, especially since he's overcome his own adversity. The Minnesota Wild forward pleaded guilty to two misdemeanors stemming from an arrest for suspicion of cocaine and Ecstasy possession in Las Vegas last summer.
While Stoll brought it on himself and Andrews was a victim, at least he has some experience being in the public eye for an embarrassing. Though he's supportive, it doesn't make it easy for Andrews to take his advice.
"And he's an athlete -- he is just like, 'You gotta move on, you gotta go to the next game, leave it alone, who cares what people think?'" she said. "It's just not that simple. I feel sad because I think he would've loved the girl more that was there before this happened, and I feel very guilty about that.
"I don't want to talk to him about this. I want to be the easy breezy girl. I want to be the sports girl, the 'Dancing With the Stars' host that he is so proud of. I don't want him to see this."
Still, Andrews said she is "very happy" with Stoll and hopefully the relationship will eventually help her to move on.
