Sometimes, food can be the way to a beautiful woman's heart.
Olivia Munn and Aaron Rodgers have been a power couple in the NFL, but they've yet to advance their romance to the next level by getting engaged. Perhaps the two-time NFL MVP can learn something from his teammate, James Jones.
Aaron Rodgers' Brother Would Happily Welcome Olivia Munn Into Family
The Packers wide receiver recently delivered the hilariously delicious tale of how he proposed to his current wife, Tamika. He took her out for a lovely dinner, but it wasn't a cliché lavish restaurant proposal that led them to happily ever after.
They got engaged at Red Lobster.
Aaron Rodgers Thanking God On Twitter Goes Horribly Wrong
"My wife is a big big fan of Red Lobster, probably like us all," Jones shared on ESPN's 'Highly Questionable.' "She loves the bread there, loves the biscuits so I went a day before, you know, gave them the whole setup of how I wanted it.
"I put the box with the ring in the bread so when they brought the bread out, she took her gum out of her mouth and was ready to eat all seven biscuits that was in the basket and she opened it up and the ring was there and I was already on my knee!"
While many may believe Munn is in the hunt for something more romantic from her man, that may not actually be the case. The "X-Men: Apocalypse" actress recently shared how much she loves unhealthy food and wishes the Packers quarterback would cheat on his diet more.
Munn said Rodgers isn't a "precious guy" when it comes to eating, but she wishes he'd pig out a little more.
"He eats what he wants, but he does focus more on eating healthy -- which has been a little bit of a bummer for me sometimes," Munn told Yahoo last month. "[I sometimes ask him], 'Should we order in pizza?'
"He's like: 'I think I'm just going to do a salad.' I'm like: 'Yeah, me too. That's what I want. I don't want a pizza.'"
Perhaps Rodgers should follow in his teammate's footsteps when it comes to getting down on one knee.
He just can't go to Red Lobster. That's the Jones family's epic story to tell.
