Tom Brady, Peyton Manning Rivalry: Patriots QB Has More TD Passes In Denver In 2016 [VIDEO]

Any way you slice, Tom Brady has dominated his head-to-head matchup with Peyton Manning, but one startling statistic stands out this season that gives a clear indication of the schism between the two quarterbacks.

Brady has thrown more touchdown passes on Sports Authority Field at Mile High Stadium in Denver than Manning, as tweeted by NFL.com reporter James Palmer via the National Sun Times.

Peyton Manning HGH Allegations May Be This Season's Deflategate

Brady threw three touchdowns during the Patriots' 30-24 overtime loss in Denver during a Nov. 30 game, saddling New England with its first loss of the season.

That night, it was Brock Osweiler at the controls for the Broncos, as Manning was dealing with a plantar fascia injury.

Bill Belichick Trusts His Defense More Than Tom Brady

In six starts at Mile High Stadium, Manning has only one touchdown pass -- that coming in an Oct. 4 game against the Vikings in a 23-20 Denver victory. Manning threw for 222 yards but no TDs in the Broncos' 23-16 victory over the Steelers in an AFC Divisional Round playoff game last week.

Also telling from this season is the fact that the Broncos finished with a 12-4 record despite Manning missing six games because of his foot injury. He also played in only parts of two other games.

The Patriots were 12-4 despite the fact that almost every weapon around Brady was hurt at one time or another this season. New England lost running backs Dion Lewis and LeGarrette Blount for the year, and tight end Rob Gronkowski and wide receivers Julian Edelman and Danny Amendola also missed time due to injury.

Brady owns an 11-5 head-to-head lead over Manning, and Sunday's AFC Championship Game may be the last between the two quarterbacks, but barring a Denver victory, the rivalry will finish as largely one-sided.
