Cleveland must be too slow-paced for Johnny Manziel, which must be why he is trying to force his way out.
Manziel, who did not play in Sunday's game against the Steelers as part of his concussion protocol, was spotted in a Las Vegas casino on Saturday, according to USA Today Sports.

Later Saturday night, Manziel posted a photo of him and his dog Chubbs on a carpet with the tagged location of Avon, Ohio, on Instagram. It is the only photo he tagged a location in at least 30 of his posts on Instagram, and it is apparently an attempt to deny reports of him being seen in Vegas.
"Manziel, who Browns coach Mike Pettine said still must address off-field problems that resulted in a stint in rehab last year, paid cash for a meal at a restaurant in the casino, according to Tina Samira, a waitress who served Manziel and his guests at Heart Bar at Planet Hollywood," USA Today Sports reported. "Manziel also sat down at a blackjack table and a casino employee examining his photo ID exclaimed, 'We've got Johnny Manziel with us tonight,' according to John Hornacek, a 43-year-old casino patron who witnessed the exchange."

Pettine was fired following Cleveland's 28-12 loss to the Steelers in the regular-season finale, which could explain why Manziel may have thought it safe to venture to Las Vegas, as reports allege.
Other people in Las Vegas also reported seeing Manziel, according to Larry Brown Sports.
Manziel entered a rehabilitation facility last offseason for undisclosed reasons. He has been linked to alcohol three times during the 2015 season. Once, he was also accused of shoving girlfriend Colleen Crowley's head against a car window, and once, he lied to the Browns coaching staff about a photo of him holding an alcoholic beverage being older than it was.
Pettine would not comment whether the Browns would force Manziel to re-enter rehab during the next offseason, but if Manziel was in Vegas (no one reported him drinking), he obviously has a problem.
No NFL quarterback would sabotage his career, unless he couldn't control himself, or wanted out of Cleveland, or both.
