Fitness model Maggie Russell's diet and workout regimen is bonkers.
The model, who is known for her tiny waist and huge shoulders, works out for four hours a day and has cut her calorie intake in half as she prepares for her latest fitness competition, according to The Daily Mail. Russell is prepping for the World Beauty, Fitness and Fashion competition Saturday.
Russell, 20, only takes in 1,100 calories per day revealed just how out of this world her routine is.
"I train six days a week with weights and seven days a week cardio, twice a day," she said via The Daily Mail. "It's very intense. I spend four hours a day in the gym. It's all strict dieting."
Russell said she gets eight hours of sleep every night and only eats vegetables and proteins. On competition days, she ingests only lollipops and rice cakes.
The model could probably take you out, so use caution when you scroll through her pictures, as she has documented her journey to competing with her over 14,000 Instagram followers.
