Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Russell Westbrook is well known for his postgame fashion choices, so with Fashion Week in full swing the wild child had to be in top form.
Westbrook has been busy posting pictures of himself on Instagram in all manner of funky attire. He’s been seen rocking hipster-like fedoras, jorts, male skirts with leggings, and of course eye-popping sneakers. Westbrook’s style has become so ubiquitous, he even got to sit next to Anna Wintour, the editor in chief of Vogue.

His teammate Kevin Durant, who is also known to make questionable clothing choices before and after games, was not a Fashion Week fixture this year. He did offer some insight into the recovery of Westbrook from a torn meniscus that occurred in the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.
Houston Rockets point guard Patrick Beverly barreled into Westbrook as he attempted to call timeout, injuring his knee. Westbrook finished the game, but missed the remainder of the postseason.
He is entering the second year of a five-year, $78 million contract with the Thunder, so expect the team to be extra cautious with the health of their young star, who with Durant forms arguably the NBA’s most lethal one-two offensive punch.
