Nikki Bella is on her way to becoming the longest tenured Divas Champion in WWE history, but there is a side of her that wonders what she's missing outside of the ring.
In the latest clip for WWE "Total Divas," Bella is speaking with WWE executive Mark Carrano about her in-ring future and questions whether she wants to stay with the WWE.

"I just feel like I need to talk to Mark Corrano and just be honest with him," Bella says behind-the-scenes in the clip. "I never realized how hard it would be to be the Divas Champion and to balance everything."
Bella is then seen speaking to Corrano, telling him how hard it is to constantly be on the road away from her family and the strain it puts on her relationship with John Cena.

"It's just so tough because I feel like we just came back from the tour," Bella tells Carrano in the clip. "It just feels like the past year and a half, I'm never home. It's almost like crazy, like finally when you get to the point where you wanna be, the Divas Champion, and now I'm like, 'Oh my gosh.' We have all these appearances on the off days and I feel like I'm breaking. Today it was even hard just walking in here, I feel like it affects my relationship, I never see my family."
Carrano said he understood how hard the job is, but he pointed out that it was also the job that Bella signed up for.
"I just don't know if physically I can do it," she said as the clip came to a close.
Since this episode was filmed, Bella has opted to stay in the WWE and she has held onto the Divas Championship for 288 days. In the company's storylines,, the ongoing Divas Revolution has led to Nikki teaming up with her sister Brie and WWE Diva Alicia Fox to form Team Bella.
The trio has been feuding with Team B.A.D. (Sasha Banks, Naomi and Tamina) and Team PCB (Paige, Charlotte and Becky Lynch).
Nikki is six days shy of tying AJ Lee for the longest WWE Divas Championship reign in history.
