After plenty of rumors, Sting vs. The Undertaker didn't happen at WrestleMania 31. By the sound of things, it won't happen at WrestleMania 32, either.

After carving out a legendary career in WCW and having a Hall of Fame run in TNA when Ted Turner's promotion went under, Sting made his long awaited debut in the WWE at WrestleMania 31 following years of back-and-forth negotiations.
It had long been rumored that once Sting joined Vince McMahon's promotion he'd face The Undertaker at the biggest show of the year.

With The Undertaker's status up in the air and Sting's negotiations coming down to the wire, it was decided to have them both compete at WrestleMania 31 in March at Levi's Stadium in the Bay Area, but not against each other.
The Undertaker battled Bray Wyatt and successfully defeated him just one year after losing The Streak to Brock Lesnar while Sting fought in a losing effort against Triple H in the final salvo of the WWE vs. WCW rivalry.
Immediately afterward, rumors emerged that Sting vs. Undertaker would be saved for WrestleMania 32 on April 3, 2016, at AT&T Stadium in Texas, but that appears to not be the case.
According to The Wrestling Observer, Sting vs. Undertaker is not in the cards and McMahon isn't big on the two going head-to-head, so the match won't happen.
There were rumors that it could be a farewell for both men, who each now reside in Texas, and that it would feature a WWE Hall of Fame induction for The Vigilante. While the bout may not occur, the Hall of Fame enshrinement is still likely.
Though Sting's in-ring future remains up in the air, it is said that the WWE does have plans for him coming up. The Icon said in the past that he'd love to face 'Taker, even without The Streak, but that doesn't appear to be happening.
It seems as though the Sting vs. Undertaker match isn't ever going to come to fruition.
