Garth Brooks, Toby Keith [VIDEO] Planning Concert For Oklahoma Tornado Relief Effort

Country crooners Garth Brooks and Toby Keith are doing their part in helping Oklahoma recover from the devastating twisters that have ravaged the state recently. The two stars are planning a concert to benefit the victims of the savage storms as well as fund those organizations trying to help out.

The concert is scheduled for July 6th at the University of Oklahoma's Gaylord Family-Oklahoma Memorial Stadium. Tickets for the show, which will also feature the legendary Willie Nelson, as well as Brooks' wife Trisha Yearwood and Ronnie Dunn, will cost $25, and go on sale June 21st.

Keith and Brooks are both natives of Oklahoma; Keith is from Moore, where 24 people died in a May 20th tornado. A recent concert hosted by fellow country music singer Blake Shelton raised $6 million for the United Way of Oklahoma.

When the May 20th twister tore up Moore, Keith released a statement saying, This storm has devastated the community that I grew up in. I rode my bike through those neighborhoods. I have family and friends in Moore. My heart and prayers go to those that have lost so much. But Moore is strong and we will persevere. God be with you all."

Yearwood took to Twitter to express her shock at the time, tweeting out "#PrayForOklahoma. Pray for everyone devastated by these storms, but especially for those families in Moore, OK."
