WWE Rumors: DDP Reacts To Roman Reigns Taking Acting Classes, Update On Progress [VIDEO]

Roman Reigns has been taking acting classes with famed acting coach Howard Fine and Diamond Dallas Page recently tweeted at Reigns to tell him he is in good hands.

The WWE has wanted Reigns to become a well-rounded on-screen character and to work on his acting skills, so the former Shield member has been taking lessons from Fine.

Wrestlingheadlines.com reports that Reigns was out in Los Angeles this past weekend working with Fine, who coached the NXT stars at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando this past summer.

Page, a former WCW and WWE star, tweeted at Reigns to reassure him that he'll get what he needs from Fine.

Hey @WWERomanReigns you're in good hands with my buddy, @HowardLFine," Page tweeted.

Fine then responded to Page to thank him for the shout out.

"Dallas you have my utmost respect as a wrestler, actor and fitness and life guru! @RealDDP @WWERomanReigns," Fine tweeted.

Fine also confirmed that it was a three-day process with Reigns on Twitter:

Reigns has been out of action since he had to undergo emergency hernia surgery on Sept. 20 that caused the WWE to cancel his match with Seth Rollins at Night of Champions in Nashville the following evening.

Reigns said in an interview on Monday Night RAW recently that Rollins is in his sights when he returns.

There have been reports that Reigns could be back as soon as December's Tables, Ladders and Chairs event or at least sometime after Christmas.

If Reigns isn't set to return by December, he will definitely be back in time for January's Royal Rumble event at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, at which the WWE reportedly has big plans for him.

Reigns is rumored to win the Royal Rumble Match and go on to defeat Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 31 on March 29, 2015 at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif. for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, though plans could change.

The WWE has big plans for Reigns, but they brought Fine in to get the best out of him as a character.
