BROWNS vs TITANS Watch Live Stream Online & Listen: NFL Week 5 Live Coverage from Tennessee; INJURY REPORT

Today at 1:00 p.m. ET the Cleveland Browns (1-2) will take on the Tennessee Titans (1-3) at LP Field in Nashville in a matchup that could be considered a must-win for the slumping home team. The Titans won in Week 1, surprising the Chiefs with a dominant road effort. They haven't capitalized though, losing three straight matchups in lopsided fashion and losing starting quarterback Jake Locker in the process.

"It was difficult," head coach Ken Whisenhunt said of the losses. "New systems, new things, new ways of doing things, we've had some not so good games," he added. "I mean I'm stating the obvious of course, but we're going to get it going in the right direction. I have every confidence in that. This isn't an easy thing to go through."

They may have Locker back today, but it's unclear how much of an upgrade he is over the passers behind him. Locker has thrown more interceptions (four) than touchdowns (three) this year, and is completing just 56 percent of his pass attempts.

Meanwhile, Browns QB Brian Hoyer has surprised many with his competent play. The Browns are scoring almost 25 points per game without much from rookie quarterback Johnny Manziel, and zero from suspended wideout Josh Gordon.

"I think we've proven to ourselves that we can play with anyone, but it only matters if you win or lose," Hoyer said. Hoyer's completed 64 percent of his passes in 2014, and thrown one touchdown and zero picks in each of Cleveland's first three games.

Running back Ben Tate, who was injured in Week 1, returned to practice this week and is expected to play for the Browns.
