Katherine Webb Instagram photo: AJ McCarron girlfriend battling Lindsey Duke for top NFL prospect eye candy? New bikini pic evens the race [VIDEO]

University of Central Florida quarterback prospect Blake Bortles stole the show among quarterbacks at the NFL Combine, but has garnered more attention for his red-hot girlfriend Lindsey Duke. Before Duke came into the public eye, however, it was Alabama hopeful A.J. McCarron who had fans, and announcers, drooling over his girl Katherine Webb.

The 2012 Miss Alabama winner had CBS announcer Brent Musberger stammering and borderline unable to focus on the National Championship game he was calling between Alabama and Notre Dame in 2013. He referred to her multiple times, eventually declaring with faux-bitterness, "You quarterbacks get all the good-looking women."

While Duke's Instagram account has been quiet, Webb heated the web up with a new photo of her in a bikini with two other scantily clad ladies. She's joined by Miss California 2012 Natalie Pack (middle) and fellow model Letícia Zuloaga (left) in an undisclosed pool somewhere most of the world wishes they could be.

Since Musberger's momentary paralysis upon seeing her was so long ago, many fans may have forgotten her. Scouts definitely have, since there weren't any reports about them asking McCarron if she'd come to dinner with them during visits leading up to the Draft.

That might be because McCarron's not the prospect Bortles is. Despite winning three national championships with the Crimson Tide, and showing supreme accuracy throughout his college career, he's expected to be taken sometime between the second and fourth round when the Draft kicks off.

He's lauded for his familiarity with a pro-style offense, his accuracy and smarts, but according to NFL.com's analysis of him scouts worry that he benefitted greatly from having a wealth of NFL-caliber talent around him. Additionally, he has been knocked for not possessing great arm strength, and making his wide receivers adjust to the ball to much when he throws it deep.

NFL.com's bottom line reads as follows: "An efficient game-managing quarterback who has shown he can carry an offense at times throughout his career, but more often is dependent on a terrific supporting cast. Grades out most highly for his intangibles and decision-making, knowing when and where to go with the ball, and could earn an NFL starting job."
