Richie Incognito leaves nightclub with five girls, declines comment on Ray Rice assault in Atlantic City [VIDEO]

Richie Incognito isn't letting the wave of negative media attention and an uncertain football future keep him from having a great time. Incognito was spotted by TMZ celebrating a friend's birthday at a Los Angeles nightclub, then leaving in a car. Before driving away though, a stream of five young girls entered the car with the disgraced Dolphins lineman, apparently unaware or unfazed by his reputation.

Between the report released by private investigator Ted Wells, and a Twitter meltdown that included his spilling the beans on suicidal thoughts that plagued his bullying victim Jonathan Martin, it's been a rough few months. Perhaps that is why he clammed up when asked about Ray Rice's pending assault case against his fiancée.

Incognito was blamed as the main instigator in Martin leaving the team during the 2013 season, citing him as the ringleader of a group of linemen who poisoned the Dolphins locker room and eventually costing offensive line coach Jim Turner and athletic trainer Kevin O'Neill their jobs.

Dolphins head coach Joe Philbin escaped the ax, and promised better working conditions going forward. I'm going to be more vigilant, more diligent, more visible, and I'm going to have a better pulse (of this team)," Philbin said in a press conference Thursday. "The behavior in the (Ted Wells) report was inappropriate and unacceptable."

After Wells' report Incognito took to Twitter again to blast Wells for his report, and offer apologies to Martin and the Dolphins. "You could not define me in 144 years let alone 144 pages Mr Wells. Thank you for your hard work and dedication," Incognito wrote to Wells.

"I apologize for acting like a big baby the last few days. This has all been so much on me and my family. I just want to play football," Incognito tweeted. "I would like to send Jonathan my apologies as well. Until someone tells me different you are still my brother. No hard feelings :)"
