Ronda Rousey Next Fight: Sarah McMann Gets Advice On Escaping Armbar From Former 'Rowdy' Judo Coach? [VIDEO]

Ronda Rousey is 8-0 in her career, and just took care of business against Miesha Tate in vicious fashion at UFC 168 on December 28th, feeding her hated rival a steady diet of right hands to the mouth before finishing the match with her signature armbar.

Despite involving herself in a war, "Rowdy" Rousey is going to be back in action against Sarah McMann at UFC 170 on February 22nd. McMann is a lesser name to be sure, but a woman no less capable than Tate.

UFC 168 marked the first time in Rousey's undefeated (8-0) career that her opponent lasted longer than one round, but she was able to finish it with her armbar; that armbar has become the defining move for one of the UFC's top draws.

For sure McMann will be keeping an eye out for it, but that doesn't mean she can stop it--at least not on her own. Rousey's become a villain of sorts for UFC fans because of her nasty rivalry with Tate, and her refusal to shake Tate's hand after winning their last bout.

Even Rousey's former judo coach, Jimmy Pedro, and an ex-teammate Jimmy Stevens, were publicly rooting for Tate to hand Rousey her first loss. They've gone a step further, releasing a video on YouTube showing the proper technique for escaping Rowdy's famed submission hold.

UFC lightweight champion Joe Lauzon said he knows Stevens well, and shed light on why he'd go out of his way to damager Rousey this way.

"I know Travis very well. He is not one to mince words and is no fan of Ronda. They lived together at the judo house at Jimmy Pedro's and I don't think Ronda left on the best of terms. I don't think he cares at all about her leaving judo or pursuing anything... I think it's all personal."
