Today at 1:00 p.m. ET the woeful Houston Texans (2-11) will travel to Indianapolis to face the AFC South-leading Colts (8-5) with interim head coach Wade Phillips at the helm, taking over for the fired Gary Kubiak. The Colts have clinched the AFC South division, but don't expect head coach Chuck Pagano to be resting players down the stretch. "'We talked and said, 'They gave us 16 games, we're playing 16 games," Pagano explained. "Right now, we've got a lot of things to get better at. We have to go back to work and play good football, consistent football for 60 minutes."

"You never want to backdoor your way into it, but we won (the division)," defensive end Robert Mathis said. "We're in there, punched our ticket to the playoffs. We just have to hit the switch."

In Houston, the Texans are in the drivers seat to get the number one pick in a loaded draft, but general manager Rick Smith does not seem eager to lose out. "What's taken place with this organization is unacceptable," Smith said. "We've got three weeks of an evaluation process left and we've got to right the ship."

Phillips is hoping his players can play loose in the face of an embarrassing 11-game losing skid. "A win for this team would be big," Phillips said. "The team's been uptight to me. All the pressure's been on them, they've put it on themselves and rightly so. Now we just have to go play."
