The injuries to WWE superstars are piling on heading to WrestleMania 33. Naomi is the latest superstar to go down and she had to relinquish her SmackDown women's championship. Here are the latest WWE injury updates on Naomi, Finn Balor, Seth Rollins and more.

As recapped by WWE.com, Naomi had to give up her title just nine days after winning it from Alexa Bliss at Elimination Chamber. She is reportedly suffering from a legitimate knee injury and her status for WrestleMania is up in the air.

The WWE reportedly gave her the title so that she can enter WrestleMania 33 in her hometown of Orlando, Florida as the SmackDown women's champion. However, the injury forced the company to change their plans.

On the same night Naomi relinquished her championship, a new SmackDown women's champion was crowned. Bliss defeated Becky Lynch in the title match on Tuesday using an illegal blow to the throat and grabbing the tights for the win.

According to Wrestling Inc, Balor finally made his return to action at the latest NXT tapings. He helped Shinsuke Nakamura during an attack by Bobby Roode and Andrade "Cien" Almas. "The Demon" got physical as he hit a variety of moves on both Roode and Almas.

Balor got on the mic and revealed that he's not been medically cleared by the WWE. However, it should be noted that the WWE will not allow Balor to get physical in the ring if he's not been cleared by the doctors. The segment with Balor is reported to be a dark segment and won't be shown on television.

Rollins, who is recovering from a torn MCL in his right knee, is set to appear on Monday Night Raw next week via satellite, per Cageside Seats. "The Architect" will give the fans an update on his knee injury but he is expected to be back in time and have a match with Triple H at WrestleMania 33.

After a brutal attack by Owens on Jericho two weeks ago on Raw, the United States champion has not been seen by the WWE universe. But finally, Jericho made his return at the WWE Live Event in Germany wearing a neck brace and using crutches, as reported by Wrestle Zone. He is reportedly still selling his injuries but he might come back to television at Fastlane.
