With the Feb. 23 trade deadline looming, a number of NBA teams is sure to look for an upgrade in every position they have. Aside from the Warriors, Cavaliers, and Spurs, teams around the league seem to be involved in NBA trade talks one way or the other.

Point Guard: Rajon Rondo

According to Chicago Sun-Times, the Chicago Bulls is currently looking for an NBA trade partners on a deal centered on Rajon Rondo and Nikola Mirotic. Besides the usual attitude problems, Rajon Rondo is still a legit point guard who can throw passes where they are supposed to be.

Shooting Guard: Lou Williams

Lou Williams is averaging 18.5 points per game on a 44% shooting accuracy. He is currently leading the Los Angeles Lakers in points average despite coming off the bench. Williams can be easily a starting two in a number of NBA teams and his production off the bench is certainly a big bargaining chip for the Lakers in NBA trade negotiations.

Forward: Danilo Gallinari

According to ESPN, Denver Nuggets is prepared to move Danilo Gallinari if the right offer comes along. The reports that Gallinari will opt out of his current contract to test free agency during the offseason will play a big role in Nuggets' decision to include the versatile Italian forward in the NBA trade talks.

Forward: Al Jefferson

Al Jefferson is averaging 8.5ppg and 4.3rpg in 14.7 minutes of play. According to Hoopshype, Jefferson is one of the Western Conference big men who is being shopped by their teams before the NBA trade deadline comes.

Center: Greg Monroe

Brook Lopez could have been in this spot if not for the two first round draft picks that the Brooklyn Nets is asking for a Lopez NBA trade to happen. With the already crowded Bucks frontcourt being more crowded due to the addition of Spencer Hawes and Roy Hibbert, Greg Monroe may just be the odd man out.
