John Cena has been in control of much of the major storylines in WWE for about the last decade, but on E! Network's video teaser previewing the upcoming Total Divas season, which starts this Sunday Nov. 10, he shared a story with his girlfriend and WWE Diva Nikki Bella of a time where he couldn't control his bowels out in the wrestling ring.
Cena, the current World Heavyweight Champion, told Bella in the clip from Sunday's all-new episode, that a match he had while he was sick didn't quite end as planned. It all started when Bella brought up the fact that WWE Diva Natalya Neidhart had peed herself during a recent match.
Did you hear about Nattie?" Bella asked in the video. She peed her pants in her match, a lot!"
Cena responded by sympathizing with Natalya by sharing a story of a surprising situation that happened during a show in Saskatchewan.
"I pooped myself once," Cena revealed to Bella in defense of Natalya in the video. "I had to throw [my pants] away. It was in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, I had food poisoning and I still went out to wrestle. Everybody knew -- I was embarrassed."
Bella responded in a voiceover segment on the show: "I don't know what to think right now -- I guess I'm just thinking about s--t! That would be so embarrassing!"
Total Divas returns on E! Network this Sunday, but in a couple of Sunday's it won't be bathroom stories that Cena will be sharing as he'll be defending his World Heavyweight Championship against Alberto Del Rio on Nov. 24 at the Survivor Series from his home state of Massachussetts at the TD Garden.
Cena recently returned after missing just about two months due to him having to undergo surgery to repair a distended elbow and a torn triceps, and he won the title from Del Rio at the Hell in a Cell pay-per-view on Oct. 27. Cena was due to be sidelined until the Royal Rumble in January, but as he's known to do, he returned sooner than originally planned. Del Rio will get his chance for revenge at the Survivor Series.
Cena and Del Rio will square off at Survivor Series in just over two weeks, and Cena and Bella can only hope there are no bathroom incident stories stemming from the pay-per-view encounter.
