With Fastlane over with, all eyes are on April 3 and WWE WrestleMania 32.
The biggest WWE event of 2016 will emanate from AT&T Stadium in Texas. The main event has already been determined as Roman Reigns is the No. 1 contender for Triple H's WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
The WWE Sticks With The Obvious At Fastlane
While that predictable main event is sure to make most people yawn, luckily the rest of the card hasn't been decided yet.
Here is our projected card for WWE WrestleMania 32.
Bill Goldberg Could Face Undertaker At WrestleMania 32
Singles Match: Dean Ambrose vs. Brock Lesnar
"The Beast" has been rumored to face Bray Wyatt, but with the questionable booking of the Wyatt Family stable as of late, it doesn't seem as though the WWE is polishing them up for a feud with one of the biggest draws in the company. "The Lunatic Fringe" has been a formidable foe for Lesnar, despite the size contrast, and deserves a big match on the card.
Career vs. Career: The Undertaker vs. Sting
This would all depend on how well "The Vigilante" is holding up after injuring his neck against Seth Rollins at Night of Champions in September. One of the most intriguing aspects of this year's show is that there isn't a clear-cut opponent picked out for 'Taker. John Cena was his rumored adversary until he underwent shoulder surgery, but it wouldn't be surprising if he makes an early return.
Braun Strowman was another possibility, but it has been nixed. The WWE has one final chance to put on Sting vs. Undertaker and with both men residing in Texas, this year is the perfect time. Sting can enjoy his Hall of Fame moment on the eve of WrestleMania and have one last battle the following night.
WWE Intercontinental Championship Fatal 4 Way Match: Kevin Owens (c) vs. AJ Styles vs. Chris Jericho vs. Bray Wyatt
The WWE could throw more guys into this, but to avoid the usual unnecessary clutter, four of their top midcarders should suffice. Due to Wyatt's recent booking, his rumored match with Lesnar seems all but gone unless something changes in the coming weeks. This would be a very compelling match and a nice way to bridge Jericho's feud with Styles into the Intercontinental Championship picture for "The Phenomenal One's" WrestleMania debut.
WWE United States Championship: Alberto Del Rio (c) vs. Dolph Ziggler
Kalisto is currently the title-holder, but the WWE should end his program with Del Rio by having the "Essence of Excellence" finish him off. Then, Del Rio can engage Ziggler in an interesting feud over the belt which would ultimately lead into a WrestleMania clash.
WWE Tag Team Championships 4 Way Ladder Match: The New Day (c) vs. The Dudley Boyz vs. League of Nations vs. The Usos
This would be a good way to get multiple teams in the match and the added intrigue of the Dudley Boyz going for their 10th reign with the titles would be a nice boost for it. The alternative here would be to throw in a new team from NXT and have them make an immediate impact by dethroning The New Day.
WWE Divas Championship Triple Threat: Charlotte (c) vs. Sasha Banks vs. Becky Lynch
This would be a nice nod to the NXT alums and though Charlotte has grown into her personality as a heel, it's time for the WWE to establish its next top babyface in the Divas division. Banks and Lynch are two tremendous workers and one of them should be rewarded with a huge win on the WWE's grandest stage.
3rd Annual Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal
The non-used talents can participate in this over-the-top-rope battle.
