At 1:00 p.m. two struggling teams, the Philadelphia Eagles (1-3) and New York Giants (0-4) will meet at MetLife Stadium in a matchup of squads with dying playoff dreams. After a Week 1 showcase against the Washington Redskins in primetime, Chip Kelly and the Philadelphia Eagles have had issues both offensively and defensively in three consecutive losses. Luckily for them, the entire NFC East has stumbled out of the gate, and left the door ajar to get back in the playoff hunt.

When asked about the division's struggles, Eagles quarterback Michael Vick said, "I'm very surprised, especially when our division was picked to be amongst the top. That's football, man. It goes to show you how you have to be on top of your game."

Giants quarterback Eli Manning is not giving up on the season, despite the dreadful four-game stretch Big Blue has endured. "There's a lot of football left to be played, but we've got to start playing football. We're a better team than what we've been playing like, but we've got to go out there and prove it," Manning said.

This week may be prime for a return to form for Eli and co. The Eagles have struggled mightily on defense and could be ripe for the picking. On the flipside, the Giants' putrid offense may be an opportunity for Philadelphia's D to get right.

"We obviously are not where we want to be right now, but we just have to keep rolling and learn from everything," Eagles safety Nate Allen said. "That's all you can do. We are just going to keep working, learn from this and work on the fundamentals and move forward."
