Seattle moved to 2-0 last week after defeating the San Francisco 49ers 29-3 and is riding in first place in the NFC West while the Jaguars fell to the Oakland Raiders 19-9 last week and are looking to turn in it around as head coach Gus Bradley visits his old team.
Russell Wilson was just 8-for-19 last week for 142 yards while being sacked four times, but the Seahawks were dominant on defense against San Francisco as cornerback Richard Sherman won NFL Player of the Week honors and had an interception last week.
Wilson has gone 33-for-52 for 462 yards with two touchdowns and an interception through the first two weeks of this season.
The Jaguars meanwhile have scored just 11 points so far this year. Quarterbacks Chad Henne and Blaine Gabbert have both struggled through the first two weeks, and it doesn't look to be a promising year for Jacksonville.
Maurice Jones-Drew is also dealing with a sprained foot tendon which leaves the running back less than 100 percent for today's game. Drew has no touchdowns and has rushed for 72 yards on 25 attempts thus far, and he remains the Jaguars best offensive weapon despite averaging just 2.9 yards per carry through the first two weeks.
The Seahawks are looking to put Wilson's struggles against San Francisco last week behind them while the Jaguars are just looking to get into the win column after back-to-back losses to open up the season.
Seattle looks to go 3-0 and keep a strangle hold on the division while the Jaguars are looking to finally get into the win column when these two teams square off today.
