GIANTS vs PATRIOTS Watch Live Stream Online & Listen: Live Coverage from Gillette Stadium New England

Tim Tebow will get his best, and possibly last shot as an NFL quarterback tonight at 7:30 p.m., when the New England Patriots host the New York Giants in the final preseason game on the schedule for both squads. Live stream the game here or catch the Giants' radio broadcast on 101.9 WFAN FM , or the Patriots' broadcast on 98.5 The Hub.

Tebow is the league's most watched backup, and his performance more than likely will dictate whether he is cut from the team or not. His throwing problems have been on full display this preseason, as he's completed just five of his 19 attempts, throwing for negative yardage in Week 2.

Tebow has also looked strong running the football, which may intrigue the Pats in the event of an injury to Tom Brady. Defenses were ravaged by read option quarterbacks last year, and Tebow could be successful in that form, but only if the threat of the pass must be respected.

Although he's not a traditional drop-back passer, Tebow has flat out been unable to throw the ball accurately in any system in his career. Should he be cut from New England, with a staunch supported in Josh McDaniels on board, it could be the end of Tebow the quarterback.

The other position battle that bears watching in New England are the outside receivers for the Patriots. New acquisition Danny Amendola figures to man the slot, where Wes Welker once roamed, leaving two open outside receiver spots up for grabs.

Longtime Patriot Julian Edelman likely has a leg up in snagging one, due to his familiarity with Brady. Two names generating buzz this preseason have been rookies Aaron Dobson out of Marshall and Kenbrell Thompkins from Cincinnati. So far Thompkins has made more catches for more yards, but Dobson has averaged 14.4 yards per catch to Thompkins' 10.9.
