MINNESOTA TWINS vs DETROIT TIGERS Watch Live Stream Online & Listen: Live Coverage from COMERICA PARK DETROIT

The Detroit Tigers (26-19) will look to continue swinging hot bats tonight at 7:08 p.m. when they host the Minnesota Twins (18-26). The game can be live streamed here for free or at MLB.com with a subscription. Fans who want to listen to the game on the radio can check out 97.1 The Ticket for the Tigers broadcast, or 96.3 K-Twin for the Twins'.

Miguel Cabrera, almost universally considered the best hitter in baseball following his Triple Crown finish in 2012, has had the hottest stick in the game. He's homered six times in his last four games, and is so scorching that he was intentionally walked last night in favor of facing Prince Fielder. That decision did not work so well for Twins manager Ron Gardenhire, whose team fell 7-6 to the Tigers.

"You hate walking anyone to pitch to Prince Fielder, I can tell you that right now," Twins manager Ron Gardenhire said. "But you've got to take your choice, and the way Cabrera is swinging the bat, you've got to do it."

Tonight, Sam Deduno (0-0, 0.00 ERA), best known for his filthy pitching in this spring's World Baseball Classic for the WBC champion Dominican Republic, will make his 2013 big league debut. "You're going to get a guy who puts some fear in people's hearts," Gardenhire said of Deduno. "I don't think he's afraid of going against those big boys in Detroit."

While Deduno may have no fear of Detroit's stout lineup, the Tigers likely do not fear him either. Deduno was a pedestrian 6-5 with a 4.44 ERA in 15 starts in 2012.

Opposing Deduno will be Anibal Sanchez (4-4, 2.77 ERA), who is posting an 11.1 strikeouts per nine innings ratio, four strikeouts above his output from last year. Sanchez has struck out eight or more batters in six of his nine 2013 starts, including one start in which he set down 17 Atlanta Braves on strikes.
