Concern Over WWE Hall of Famer Scott Hall After He No-Shows Appearance Because He Was 'In A Dark Place'

Scott Hall has had a well-documented struggle with drugs and alcohol and now there's some concern over the WWE Hall of Famers health after he told a wrestling promoter that he couldn't make an appearance because he was "in a dark place."
