The Houston Rockets are committed to enhancing their team with veteran leadership to guide and mentor their talented young core players.
Their latest acquisition is 10-year veteran sharpshooter Reggie Bullock, who recently played for the Dallas Mavericks for the past two seasons.
The 32-year-old will be signing with the Rockets after successfully clearing waivers, according to league insider Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium.

This move follows a buyout arrangement with the San Antonio Spurs, where he was initially traded earlier in the summer as part of the transaction that brought former Boston Celtics forward Grant Williams to the Mavericks.
Once his signing with the Rockets becomes official, it will mark a unique summer experience for Bullock, as he will have had a stint with each of the NBA teams based in Texas.
Bullock averaged 7.2 points per game while shooting 38.0 percent from the three-point line in 78 games for Dallas in 2022-23. Throughout his career spanning 512 games, he has shot 38.4 percent from behind the arc.

Rockets add wing presence with Reggie Bullock
The former North Carolina Tar Heel's addition to the Rockets' roster provides them with another valuable presence on the wing, alongside former Memphis Grizzlies player Dillon Brooks.
Bullock will be playing for his seventh different NBA team since entering the league during the 2013-14 season.
Before his Mavs spell, He had stints for the Los Angeles Clippers, Phoenix Suns, Detroit Pistons, Los Angeles Lakers, and the New York Knicks.
