Nate Diaz left the UFC in 2022 and started his own promotions company Real Fight Inc. although he did say he is open to gracing its octagon someday.
Will UFC president Dana White let him step on one of his octagons?
The businessman is not sure.
"This will always be Nate's house," he told The MMA Junkie.
"Nate grew up here. He came up on 'The Ultimate Fighter.' He fought some of the biggest fights ever here. We love the kid. I don't know about fighting in the future, but this is always going to be his house. We'll see."

Diaz is enjoying his life after UFC. He is just coming off a huge payday after a boxing match with celebrity Jake Paul.
His representative Zach Rosenfield also said that aside from the profit, the part of the gig that Diaz enjoyed was answering to no one, working for no one.
Diaz's MMA return
UFC may not be open for Diaz at the moment, but the likeliness of fighting in the octagon again is very high as Paul challenged him to a rematch in the MMA realm.
"I want to run it back in MMA," Paul said. "$10 million in PFL, that's the offer. Let's run it back in MMA. Your territory, let's do it."
Diaz has already surpassed his earnings in the UFC in just one fight. The motivation to fight for White might not be there anymore if Diaz becomes a full-time businessman.
