Ronda Rousey is currently on hiatus from the UFC after losing to Amanda Nunes last Dec. 30, 2016 at UFC 207. Her future inside the Octagon is still up in the air and wrestling personality Paul Heyman believes "Rowdy" is going to be successful in the WWE if he leaves the UFC.

In a recent appearance on FOX Sports' The Fight Society Podcast, "The Advocate" was asked about Ronda Rousey and her future if she signs with the WWE. Heyman noted the Rousey is still a huge name despite her downfall and she will be a success story in wrestling.

"I think the WWE audience would embrace Ronda Rousey with open arms. Just her name recognition alone is huge. It doesn't matter, her past two experiences in the UFC. All that matters is if she got involved in a story that people could relate to and sink their teeth into and get excited about," Heyman said.

Brock Lesnar's manager also thinks that Ronda Rousey is a "natural fit" in the WWE. He revealed that he is open to negotiating with the former UFC women's bantamweight champion about becoming a "Paul Heyman Girl."

Ronda Rousey was the biggest star in the UFC until she lost to Holly Holm at UFC 193 last November 2015. It took her more than a year to recover but she was quickly dispatched and embarrassed by Amanda Nunes for her second straight loss, per MMA Junkie.

However, Ronda Rousey is still one of the biggest stars in mixed martial arts and entertainment. She has a budding movie career and she can easily retire from fighting. If she signs with the WWE, she can be the women's division version of Brock Lesnar.

Ronda Rousey can work part-time and she will still make a lot of money. She is a guaranteed draw and she has the passion to succeed in wrestling. She is a lifelong wrestling fan and she was already involved in one of the biggest WrestleMania moments.

In WrestleMania 31, Ronda Rousey helped The Rock confront Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. The reaction she got from the crowd showed how successful she can be as a WWE superstar.
