Eva Marie has been absent from WWE television since August last year and she was linked to a return at WrestleMania 33. However, the latest WWE rumors suggest that she won't be coming back to the company and her contract is not going to be renewed.

According to Cageside Seats, the reason why the SmackDown women's title match at WrestleMania 33 was left open is for surprise entrants. Eva Marie was one of the rumored superstars since she has been absent for more than seven months.

"Ms. All Red Everything" was suspended for 30 days on Aug. 17, 2016 for violating the WWE's Wellness Policy. She was subsequently cast in two movies and she went on to film it for the rest of the year. There were also WWE rumors several months ago pointing to Eva Marie possibly done with the company.

Eva Marie changed her hair color from red to black while filming for the movies she was cast in. She also removed wrestling-related stuff in her social media profiles. Even WWE references were also removed with the exception of WWE Superstar on her Instagram account.

The 32-year-old WWE superstar has been heavily promoting her movies and fashion line on her social media accounts rather than her shows for the company and E! like Total Divas. Now, there seems to be a clear explanation on the status of Eva Marie.

According to Raj Giri of Wrestling Inc, the WWE has no plans to renew Eva Marie's contract when it expires sometime this year. This means that the company is moving on from the WWE Universe's least favorite female superstar.

Eva Marie was signed by the WWE in 2013 and she was assigned to the WWE Performance Center. She made her main roster debut in the same year on Raw and Total Divas. However, she was not well-received by the majority of wrestling fans as she gets booed more than Roman Reigns.
