As per Written in Detroit News, The Honda Clarity which has Hydraulic Fuel cell needs to be fueled with Hydrogen from a specialized station which is so expensive. The Honda Clarity Fuel Cell is about as Futuristic as cars come, the concept itself isn't really all that new. The Clarity is a five-passenger sedan powered by a hydrogen fuel cell.
The 2017 Honda gives more time to enjoy the Clarity Fuel Cell's cabin that is quite possibly the best interior Honda has done in memory. However, the cabin space isn't in short supply, particularly in the rear; it feels more spacious than a Honda Accord.
A 2017 Honda Clarity as a fuel cell car also has a small battery about the same size as one in an ordinary hybrid car. The long range power comes from the fuel cell stack. The battery has a capacity of 1.7 kWh about similar as the Honda Accord.
As per Slash Gear, The Honda Clarity fuel-cell car can go an EPA-estimated 366 miles on a full tank of hydrogen. It has a combined rating of 68 MPG, which makes the Clarity's face a good first impression. Honda's electric motor is very efficient to provide 174 horsepower and 221 pound-feet of torque with a 13,000 rpm redline. The best part is that the full 221 pound-feet of grunt starting at zero rpm, and it doesn't start to drop off till 4,000 rpm.
The Honda Clarity Safety features include blind spot monitoring, lane keeping assist, forward emergency braking, and others. And of course, there are various added features to make sure the hydrogen fuel source is safe.
