An "entrepreneurial" seven-year-old girl wrote a job request letter to the Google CEO Sundar Pichai and she got the reply from him. After discussing her father's work, Chloe Bridgewater decided that she would like to work for Google and wrote a letter in the name of "dear Google boss."
It was only the schoolgirl's second letter of her life after she wrote her first letter to Father Christmas. But, the surprising thing this time was that the Google CEO Pichai (who himself was a success story becoming the CEO) wrote a reply mentioning her name. Girl's father Andy said the girl took all in her own stride to write the letter directly to the CEO of the world's successful search engine.
Chloe's father Andy is a sales manager from Hereford revealed his family was gobsmacked. He doesn't think Chloe will understand the reaction that this story will get afterward. Andy says the girl has an entrepreneurial spirit in her armory. Ever since nursery, she's always been told in school reports that she is a bright student with a good future to behold. The family is very proud of their girl.
In his reply, Sundar Pichai wrote a letter mentioning her name and thanking her for the letter requesting for a job in Google. He was glad that the girl liked robots and hoped she would learn more about the technology. The CEO inspired her by saying if she keeps working hard and follow her dreams, she can accomplish everything she has in her mind, from working at Google to swimming at the Olympics. At last, he wrote he is looking forward to receiving her job application once she finishes her schooling.
The inspiration for Chloe's letter was internet research showing Google's offices including bean bags, go karts and slides but she also has highlighted a keen interest in the computer field in her application letter. Chloe also admitted to an interest in a job in a chocolate factory or as a swimmer at the Olympics in the letter.
