Chicago Bulls star DeMar DeRozan faces one of the most significant decisions of his career as he prepares to enter free agency this summer.

The 34-year-old recently appeared on the FanDuel show "Run It Back," where he expressed his willingness to return to the Bulls after being asked about his interest in staying in the Windy City.

"It's definitely somewhere I like to return to... I'm one of those guys that try to stick it through and try to make something out of nothing. And the city is great; I love the city. The organization been great, so it's definitely a place I would love to return to and just take care of unfinished business," the six-time NBA All-Star said.

DeRozan was previously on a three-year, $85 million deal with the Bulls signed in 2021.

The shooting guard put up decent numbers in his 15th season in the league in 2023-24, averaging 24.0 points, 5.3 assists, and 4.3 rebounds in 79 games.

DeMar DeRozan comments on potential move to the Lakers

Despite his interest in a Bulls return, DeRozan hasn't ruled out playing for his hometown team, Los Angeles Lakers.

"You can't never say no about playing home, especially for playing for a historic team like the Lakers. So time will tell. We'll see where the cards fall," the two-time All-NBA Second Team said.

DeRozan was born and raised in Compton and played college basketball for the USC Trojans.
