The Miami Dolphins' 2023 NFL season concluded with a lopsided 26-7 loss in the Wild Card Round of the postseason against the eventual Super Bowl champions, the Kansas City Chiefs, earlier this year.
Dolphins star Tyreek Hill recalled an instance during that game where he was jammed off the line of scrimmage by Chiefs cornerback L'Jarius Sneed.
This moment prompted Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel to express his frustration with the eight-time Pro Bowl selection in front of the entire team.
"He called me out, he's like, 'Reek, you're supposed to be the best player in the league, and you got this guy putting hands all over you like that. We pay you all this money for what?" the 30-year-old wideout said during a recent appearance at the "Million Dollaz Worth of Game" podcast.

Hill holds the distinction of being the highest-paid wide receiver in the NFL after signing a four-year, $120 million extension with the Dolphins in 2022, which includes $72.2 million guaranteed.
Tyreek Hill loved the heated moment with Mike McDaniel
Despite the moment's intensity, Hill appreciated his head coach's honesty.
"And for me, I love s**t like that, because I'm gonna take s**t like that to heart and I'm gonna get better from it," the NFL 2010s All-Decade Team member added.
Hill made five receptions for 62 yards and scored Miami's lone touchdown in the fourth-coldest game in NFL history, which also happened to be against the Chiefs.
