The final weekend of the NBA season is here.
With most of the league having only two to three games remaining on their schedule, many of them could benefit from taking care of business this weekend to improve their seedings for the NBA Playoffs.
Here are some teams that could improve their seeding with big wins this weekend.
NBA Playoffs: The Philadelphia 76ers
The Philadelphia 76ers are currently the No.7 seed in the NBA Eastern Conference with a record of 45-35.
They could likely take a jump with Joel Embiid returning from injury and the Miami Heat falling to No.8. In the 76ers final two games of the season, they have a matchup against the Orlando Magic and Brooklyn Nets.
Philly could move up in the standings if they win one of their two final games, and if the Magic and Indiana Pacers lose; then they could possibly find themselves as the sixth seed of the East.
NBA Playoffs: New York Knicks
The Cleveland Cavaliers, New York Knicks, and Milwaukee Bucks are battling for the second seed in the East.
Looking at each teams' schedule, the Knicks have the most manageable remaining games. In their final three games, New York plays against the Boston Celtics, the Brooklyn Nets, and then the Chicago Bulls.
The Bucks final games are against the Orlando Magic and the Oklahoma City Thunder, who are still playing for the first seed in the NBA Western Conference.
The Cleveland Cavaliers see the Indiana Pacers, who are still playing to avoid the NBA Play-In, and the Charlotte Hornets.
Given the Celtics may rest their starters and the other two teams left on New York's schedule are of the lower end in talent, the Knicks could walk away with three wins to close the season.

NBA Playoffs: New Orleans Pelicans
The New Orleans Pelicans can still manage to improve their standings, getting out of the NBA Play-In realm.
The Pelicans are currently safe as the sixth seed out West with a record of 47-32. To ensure they avoid playing in the NBA Play-In, they would need to take care of business in their final three games against the Sacramento Kings, Golden State Warriors, and Los Angeles Lakers; all three of which are NBA Play-In teams.
The New Orleans Pelicans currently have the Phoenix Suns on their tail who are just a game behind them, as the Suns have some tough games remaining on their schedule against the Kings and Minnesota Timberwolves.
Phoenix could likely try to play spoiler and send the Pelicans back down into the NBA Play-In in the final stretch of the season.
