Former UFC mixed martial arts fighter and professional wrestler Ronda Rousey has firmly closed the door on the possibility of a comeback in the WWE, where she last appeared in late 2023.
The 37-year-old was interviewed by "Never Before Told" to promote her upcoming book, "Our Fight," which is scheduled for release on April 4.
When asked to reveal some "behind the scenes stuff" that fans may discover in the book, Rousey offered insights into her experiences and perspectives from her time in the UFC and WWE.
Rousey described WWE as an "absolute s**t show" because she felt they couldn't manipulate the narrative to control her career against her will.
"I don't need anything from them and I don't intend on going back, so I can say everything that I think and feel while everybody else is still held captive by their organization," the former UFC women's bantamweight champion added about the wrestling promotion.
Ronda Rousey has disdain for two top WWE officials
Rousey was then questioned about backstage conflicts in the WWE and UFC contexts, and she made positive remarks about the wrestling promotion except for two of its top officials.
"And in WWE, it's all fake [referring to backstage beef with other wrestlers]. I love them. Except for Bruce Prichard and John Laurinaitis. They can go f**k themselves. That's real," Rousey expressed.
Rousey is the only woman to win championships and headline pay-per-view events in both the UFC and WWE.
