Samsung recently unveiled its most awaited smartphones of the year, Galaxy S8, and S8+. Samsung held an event in New York on March 29 to declare its flagship phones. There are many super cool features in new phones but it seems that Samsung's mobile future is way more exciting than the ones unveiled. Not every feature are present in Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+, there are some other inventions that Samsung will introduce in future.

Mobile phones are adopting many changes right now. Bezels are being reduced/removed, companies started launching their AI bots like Siri in smartphones, new OLED displays and much more. As written in CNET, Samsung removed home button, introduced Bixby, a smart digital assistant, and reduced bezels.

According to BGR, Samsung demoed secret tech behind closed doors at Mobile World Congress 2017 in Barcelona. A source who attended the company's private presentations at the MWC shared some secrets.

The source said that Samsung exhibited some new technologies that include force touch, OLED display without a polarizer, VR headsets with high resolution and blue-less OLED. These features are expected to be launched in next two years.

Out of these features, force touch is Samsung's version of the Apple's 3D Touch feature that was introduced in iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus. The source predicted that the technology shown in the presentation does not seem complete enough to be released in the market anytime soon.

Samsung is also planning to launch OLED panels without a polarizer. This display will reduce power consumption and offer better brightness. For those who don't know about polarizer, it is an optical filter placed above the screen that lets certain light waves pass and blocks others.

Now, moving to VR headsets with high resolution, Samsung showcased VR headsets with 1,200 PPI and in future, it will unveil a headset with 1,500 PPI. Current Gear VR headset comes with 1,000 PPI. The company is preparing blue-less OLED displays for people suffering from color blindness.
