The new Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is one of the best Android tablets we have seen in the recent past. Google Pixel C and Apple iPad Pro are one of the better tablets but Galaxy Tab S3 is quite next to them.

The Galaxy Tab S3 has a slim 9.7-inch screen with a luxe all-glass back that feels quite divine, it is also the first HDR-ready tablet with a vivid screen to watch the videos. Samsung hasn't revealed the price of the tablet yet but it is understood that Galaxy Tab S3 is media consumption monster that should be a worthy take over from the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2.

The Galaxy Tab S3 has an AMOLED screen that will display colors brighter and will have deeper contrast when playing specially created HDR video, the company though is yet to specify as to which HDR standard the tablet will support. Having an HDR-ready tablet is not a big deal but it certainly gives the edge over iPad Pro 9.7 and Pixel C.

All customers have an idea about tablets being less special in audio quality. iPad Pro and Pixel C has stereo speakers on both left and right edges, Galaxy Tab S3 also has that but in addition it has a quad-speaker system that means speaker on each corner of the tablet. It automatically detects the direction of the screen and adjusts the audio. It also pushes the dialogue and vocals to the top two speakers for optimal clarity.

The Galaxy Tab S3 also has an optional keyboard accessory just like iPad Pro and Pixel C. Galaxy Tab S3's keyboard is pretty similar in design to the iPad Pro 9.7. It is floppy, foldable and portable, making it the reminiscent of Microsoft Surface Pro 4. But, in this category Google's Pixel C is at the top, its sturdy magnetic keyboard attaches to the tablet like duct tape, making it one of the solid Android keyboards.

Other comparisons includes Pixel density which is 264 for Galaxy Tab S3 and iPad Pro 4 but 308 for Google Pixel C. Galaxy Tab S3 has a 4GB RAM with Google Pixel C having 3GB. Galaxy Tab S3's battery is quite strong upto 6,000mAh. The camera specs are pretty similar between Galaxy Tab S3 and iPad Pro 4 with both having front camera of 5-megapixels, Galaxy Tab S3 shades iPad Pro 4 in rear camera with 13-megapixels to 12-megapixels.
