Trade rumors to Carmelo Anthony are still headlining the news nowadays. Even if the trade deadline will end today, reports are still spreading that the Los Angeles Clippers and Boston Celtics will try to make a trade deal with the New York Knicks for Anthony. For a couple of months, Melo has been the subject of numerous trade talks that's swirl around the league. The growing frustration of Melo to the current situation of the Knicks had fueled speculations that he wants out to the team and will waive his no-trade clause just to play with other teams.

With that impression, many reports have floated linking him to numerous teams and two of those teams are the Los Angeles Clippers and Boston Celtics. And it appears that the Clippers and Celtics are still keeping their interest to the 32-year old forward heading to the last day of the trade transaction. According to ESPN, the Los Angeles Clippers and Boston Celtics seems to be not giving up their intention of acquiring Carmelo Anthony and keeping their hope that a trade deal with the New York Knicks is still possible. Aside from the Clippers and Celtics, the Cleveland Cavaliers is also one of the teams that are said to be seriously pursuing the 10-time NBA All-Star.

But the report also says that Carmelo Anthony seems to be not ready to waive his no-trade clause and relocate again his family to another city. Melo also said that no one from the Knicks management has already talked to him or approached him about a trade deal involving him.

FOXSports also reported that Carmelo Anthony will still stay with the New York Knicks. Though Knicks president Phil Jackson is said to be still taking calls for a possible Melo trade, he is not going anywhere for now. But it doesn't mean that Melo will be staying for good with the Knicks.

Anything can still happen at the end of the regular season as he still has an option to opt out on his contract if things will not pan out with the Knicks. And as per league sources, the Los Angeles Clippers could sway Carmelo Anthony to waive his no-trade clause and join his good buddy Chris Paul in LA this summer.
